1. Manage integrated resilience programme implementation period through project work plan log frame ensuring alignment with programme policies.
2. Technical support and assistance to the Area and field offices in the development and implementation of activities and overall monitoring.
3. Analyse operational community issues in the development of programme activities by using 3PA WFP cooperating tool to identify the needs of the community.
4. Contribute the review of FLA document and budget process in collaboration with relative units a s well as support staff in the preparation of FLAs as necessary.
5. Liaise with internal WFP unit to ensure effective collaboration monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects and support the area offices with gathering and reviewing of CPs monthly and quarterly reports in the provided formats ensuring data consistency.
6. Support the area offices with the analyse and process of the CPs cash requests and timely payment
7. Prepare regular update on cash transfers and community asset creating states for project as required and within the specific area of responsibilities prepare a range of reports and data analysis as required by donor.
8. Support with organizing donor mission 3PA/CBPP training and assist with stakeholders collaboration.
9. Act as a point of contact for resolution arrange of operational queries and problems within specific technical area of responsibility.
10. Other duties assigned by the head of Programme AO and SO which are relevant to smooth operation of the KfW MCF and other resilience related programme.
