Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist LCSW LMFT LPC or LPCC)
Compensation: Starting at $40 per hour; paid bi-weekly (Estimated annual earning potential of up to $115000 w/ benefits)
* $40-$60/hour for Masters Level Therapists
* $50-$75/hour for Doctoral Level Therapists
Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time or W-2 Part-Time Employee; Exempt
Schedule: Build your own schedule - office hours include: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm; Saturdays 9am-1pm
Location: This is a hybrid role based out of La Mesa CA
Role Summary
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals couples and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload delivering evidence-based care and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual family and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
- Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
- Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 56 clients per day; minimum of 25 clients per week required
- Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 3-4 clients per day; minimum of 15 clients per week required
- Participate in clinical consultation supervision or team meetings as required
- Adhere to ethical standards licensing requirements and company policies

Requirements
Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications
- Active unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) LCSW LMFT LPC or LPCC in California (Active & Registered with BBS/BOP)
- Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT DBT EMDR ACT)
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children adolescents trauma couples etc.
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
