About the Role:

  • The Therapist will serve as a direct clinical professional providing individual group and family therapy.
  • Under the immediate supervision of the Clinical Director Therapists will treat a selected caseload of clients suffering from behavioral health and addiction related issues. These clinicians must be able to perform biopsychosocial assessments participate in multi-disciplinary treatment and discharge planning for clients.

Job Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree and Current Indiana Licensure (LCSW LMHC LMFT PSY.D LPCC) or License Eligibility
  • At least 2 years prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting with residential treatment experience preferred.
  • Commitment to client family and referent satisfaction
  • Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • Professional appearance aptitude and attitude
  • Impeccable ethics integrity and customer relations skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to use an EMR.
  • Knowledge of best practices behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologies
  • Knowledge of MAT services or MAT certification preferred.
  • Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to understand the requirements of the clientele.
