Job Description:
Sr. Analyst specializing in enabling design development deployment and operational support of warehouse management functionality. Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives ensuring system stability and performance for production systems and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service provider to design configure and test SAP Warehouse modules (ex. IM WM EWM) providing expert guidance on best practices.
- Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for SAP Warehouse modules (IM WM and EWM) ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support the implementation and ongoing support of warehouse functionality for large SAP implementation projects including system upgrades enhancements and new module rollouts.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications and process flows.
- Develop RICEF (Reports Interfaces Conversion Enhancement and Forms) specifications to complete development identified as part of L3Harris business requirements.
- Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for SAP warehouse management modules provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues.
- Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.
- Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP warehouse management with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management modules (IM WM EWM) and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
- Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA/ECC functionality and Configuration.
- Strong technical background in business operations tools and processes.
- Experience working within ERP applications with emphasis on warehouse management.
- Exposure to project management methodologies including waterfall and Agile.
