Job Summary
One critical challenge for public infrastructure operations is that any lapse in continuous technical management and maintenance of essential building systems can result in operational shutdowns safety risks and severe disruption across key administrative sites.
> We therefore invite you to collaborate with AETHER as a Senior Facilities Project Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our service is to provide support through a Consultant in the context of maintaining and enhancing administrative building infrastructure while ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical installations across multiple sites.
The key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate may include:
- Ensure contact with internal clients and external suppliers.
- Support in the management of various documentation including legal prescriptions plans work instructions and management of user data.
- Take an operational role in handling incidents and diverse requests from occupants.
- Control the invoicing of executed works.
- Provide technical advice.
- Support the management and follow-up of technical maintenance of buildings including HVAC low voltage high voltage fire detection access control UPS and backup generators.
- Realize repair renovation and various technical improvement projects from problem identification to commissioning of new installations.
- Execute various operational and administrative tasks such as purchase requests technical advice and control of invoicing of works executed.
- Provide possible support in the management of documentation including legal prescriptions plans work instructions and management of user data.
Profile:
- Bachelor in Electro-Mechanics or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in technical management of administrative buildings including HVAC electricity and building management systems.
- Autonomous proactive assertive disciplined and technically skilled.
- Knowledge of MS Office & 365 tools including Outlook Excel PowerPoint OneDrive and Teams.
- Knowledge of CAD programs (Autocad) is a plus.
- Fluent in French and Dutch spoken and written.
- Training such as BA4/BA5 High Voltage VCA and asbestos recognition is an asset particularly for operational guard duties.
- Entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic).
- Immediate availability is preferred.
