What willthe role involve

-Ensuringstaffing levels are adequate for the shift and any issues are addressed in atimely manner

-Anticipatingclient needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance clientsatisfaction

-Flexibilityto assist within other areas of the restaurant

-Briefingthe front of house team to ensure they have clear targets on customersatisfaction and upselling

-Maintainingclear communication with the kitchen team to ensure they are ready for serviceand products are available
