The Back Office & Operational Finance Specialist will support the daily operations of our local companies in Serbia and Bosnia ensuring efficient administrative operational and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily back-office admin and operational support for MET SRB and MET Energy BH
- Prepare bank card settlements travel expense reports invoices subscriptions maintaining up to date financial and contract databases
- Cooperate with external accounting service providers manage KYC documentation & relations with banks (accounts bank guarantees) and other stakeholders
- Organize and maintain executive calendars correspondence archives and office communication
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and facility management tasks
- Implement digital transformation of the company processes and operations
- Actively contribute to improving workflows and operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
- 5-10 years experience in back office operations or finance support
- Academic degree in business administration economics law or engineering
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel Word Outlook); familiarity with ERP or trading/operations systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Serbian and English (spoken and written).
- High attention to detail reliability and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
