Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel for document preparation and expense claims hotel cab airline bookings visa applications time sheet. Skilled in drafting clear and concise emails for effective communication within the organization. Strong foundation in administrative support functions to ensure smooth office operations. Demonstrated ability to manage correspondence and maintain organized documentation. Adept at utilizing organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Team Player support staff proactive helping nature with a practical street smart approach having some basic analytical skills

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Bachelor of Commerce
• Bachelor of Arts in English Literature
• Bachelor of Business Administration

Experience

• Executive Administrative assisstant
