About the role
领导设计并实施中国区销售治理战略框架确保销售活动在合规前提下高效推进平衡业务增长与风险管控通过前瞻性的治理机制赋能销售组织支持公司长期战略目标的实现
负责制定实施和监督销售治理框架政策与流程确保销售活动的合规性一致性与高效性支持业务战略目标的实现的同时管理销售风险
Key Responsibilities
制定与中国市场战略相匹配的销售治理路线图推动治理体系从 reactive compliance 向 proactive enablement 转型
通过治理战略直接影响中国区销售业务模式设计与资源分配提升销售团队的行为规范与业务流程
领导复杂环境下销售政策与流程的重构与优化识别系统性风险并建立控制机制
制定并持续优化销售治理框架政策流程与标准确保其符合公司战略与中国法规要求
监督销售合规性包括但不限于反贿赂数据隐私合同管理及行业规范等领导销售风险评估识别潜在风险并推动改进措施
主导跨部门治理协同机制解决政策落地中的结构性冲突与资源壁垒
与销售法务财务等部门协作确保销售政策在业务中的有效落地
领导团队开展销售行为分析与合规预测建模提前识别潜在违规模式
通过制定和执行治理政策解决系统性销售风险保护公司品牌声誉与运营牌照避免重大财务与法律损失保障公司在中国市场的合规运营与声誉
推动销售组织能力建设与文化转型将治理内化为核心竞争力之一
Qualifications and skills
本科及以上学历商业管理法律财务或相关领域
10年以上销售治理合规战略运营或风险管理经验其中5年在管理岗位有跨国企业区域级治理体系建设经验
精通中国商业环境下的销售模式渠道结构及监管动态能预判政策演变对业务的影响
熟悉快消医药或B2B等行业销售模式及渠道管理
深刻理解行业竞争格局与销售创新趋势如数字化销售生态合作等能将治理融入业务前沿
具备竞争对手分析与市场趋势洞察能力以支持治理策略的制定
具备较强的商业敏感度具备商业模型设计与流程重构经验能够将治理要求转化为可执行的业务解决方案
熟悉各类销售相关系统在销售治理中的应用
具备项目管理与变革管理经验推动治理文化在组织内的落地
具备领导销售治理转型项目成功经验熟悉数字化销售环境下的治理创新
