About the Position
Dexis is recruiting aPerformance MetricsAnalystto supportanticipatedprogrammingwith the Department ofWar(DoW). This opportunity will provideprogram support policy support and technicalassistanceservices to support Counterdrug(CD)/Counter-Transnational Organized Crime (CTOC)/Counter-Threat Finance (CTF)mission needs of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) The Joint StaffCombatant Commands(CCMDs) Military Departments and Defense Agencies.
This positionis contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Designmonitor and communicate performance indicators to support organizational goals to ensure leadership has real-time actionable insights by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data across assigned portfolios.
- Provide advice andassistanceto USG personnel on matters related to performance measurement and management policies.
- Conduct analyses and assessments on the impact of new or revised USG polices and guidance as expressed in strategic documents and other issuances that mayimpactprogram investments funded by theDoWCD appropriation.
- Analyze the alignment ofDoWand CN&SP strategic goals andobjectiveswith proposed CCMDs Military Service and Defense Agency initiatives to counter global drug trafficking and other illicit threat network activities.
- Provide analyses of National Drug Control Program strategic plans priorities and guidance. Advise andassistUSG personnel in drafting complementaryDoWperformance plans goals/objectives management indicators evaluation criteria and reports.
- Operate with limited guidance to present informed recommendations support decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- ActiveTop Secretclearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
- Possessa masters degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field of study.
- Possess ten (10) years experience providing services to senior general/flag officer ranks and/or SES levels within theDoW other government agencies or industry corporate equivalents and will be expected to perform at the level of a mid-range GS-15 equivalent.
- Comprehensive understanding of performance measurement concepts and principles used to inform USG decision making related to current and projected operational requirementsobjectives and capabilities of the OSD Joint Staff CCMDs Military Departments Defense Agencies and other USG stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in applying performance concepts and principles to develop performance criteria draft implementation guidance andidentifyopportunities for USG program investment based on projected return on investment (ROI).
- Shallpossessexceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to translate highly technical information into plain language for effective communication withDoWand other USG staff in the performance of all dutiestasksand services.
