What are we looking for

At Cosentino () we are looking for a Compliance Specialist in Coral Gables FL who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment in full expansion surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of

What you will do

• Ability to train personnel on internal operations and must have knowledge of specific organization systems.
• Able to analyze current and future strategies regarding training and should be able to implement new and innovative training strategies into the organization.
• Review and recommend changes to current programs processes and procedures as well as provide ideas for future implementation.
• Responsible for preparing curricula presentations and written manuals for training purposes.
• Ensure distribution center team members are in compliance with current company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback during or after site visits to promote productivity and improve efficiency.
• May be required to supervise or direct the work of other employees in the organization.
• Communicate and collaborate with any and all sectors of distribution to solve immediate problems.
• Assist with interdepartmental special projects.
• 50% of Travel Time

What you need to succeed

EXPERIENCE

• Required 2 years in a similar role
• Desired 3 to 5 years

EDUCATION

• Required High School Diploma

KNOWLEDGE
Required

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects daily
• Excellent problem-solving communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to travel in the continental US and Canada.
• Ability to listen and effectively communicate via email and verbally

Wage Range:

• The annual Starting salary for this position is between $50000 - 60000 annually 15% bonus structure paid quarterly
• Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is also eligible Potential Annual Award depending on individual performance and Company performance in accordance with the terms of the Companys plan.

• The Company offers the following benefits for this position subject to applicable eligibility requirements including Medical Dental and Vision Insurance Short-term and Long-term Disability and Basic Life and Supplemental Insurance. You will also be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) Retirement Plan starting the first of the month.

Paid time off:

• Vacation time will be accrued monthly and will be subject to change per the Companys policy updates. 5 days of sick time. Full-time employees will receive 2 floating holidays to use each year. If hired after July 1 employees receive 1 floating holiday to use for that calendar year.
