About the Role
As a Graduate Helpdesk Engineer youll be the first point of contact for our clients providing friendly and professional Level 1 IT support remotely via phone email and our ticketing system.
Youll be supported by an experienced team receive ongoing training and gain exposure to a wide range of technologies while learning how a modern Managed Services Provider operates.
What Youll Be Doing
Respond to incoming client support requests via phone email and ticketing system
Acknowledge and respond to issues within 15 minutes to meet SLA requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve common Level 1 IT issues remotely
Accurately document tickets troubleshooting steps and resolutions
Deliver a positive customer-focused support experience
Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation
Participate in training mentoring and continuous improvement initiatives
What Were Looking For
Recent graduate in IT Computer Science or a related field
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Genuine interest in technology and problem-solving
Willingness to learn take feedback and grow your skills
Good organisational and documentation habits
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. Jira) is a bonus not essential
Qualifications & Experience (Preferred Not Essential)
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related discipline
Some experience in a customer-facing or technical role (retail hospitality tech support computer repair etc.)
Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A
Interest in working towards Microsoft certifications (Modern Work Infrastructure Security)
