Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Bar Attendant with day-to-day bar operations Refill stock (beverages ice garnishes glassware and snacks) during service
- Wash and polish glasses and ensure bar counters and service areas are clean at all times
- Ensure fridges shelves and storage areas are neatly organised and adequately stocked
- Assist with bar setup before service and closing/clean-down after service
- Clear and remove used glassware and crockery from bar counters and service areas
- Follow hygiene safety and food-handling standards in line with Tsebo policies
- Handle basic customer requests in a professional manner and refer complex queries to the Bar Attendant or Supervisor
- Report any shortages breakages or maintenance issues promptly
- Provide general support to the wider catering/front-of-house team when required
