Job Summary
An exciting co-op opportunity awaits a motivated student at our Calgary AB office beginning May 2026 for a 10-month term. This is a temporary full-time hourly-paid position open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete.
This position reports to the Senior Manager Compensation. As a Co-op Student in Compensation you will support the Global Compensation Team and stakeholders by addressing compensation-related queries and assisting with policies and procedures. Most daily interactions are with the Compensation Team HR Data Team or HR Business Partners.
What Youll Do:
- Support the Compensation Team in day-to-day activities including data analysis (such as impact analysis data modeling costing) data visualization conducting data audits and generating reports.
- Partner with the Compensation Team to advance Nutriens compensation strategy and framework by preparing presentations and communication materials related to compensation programs and processes.
- Assist Compensation Advisors with job evaluations market pricing and completion of market surveys.
- Administer various compensation related SharePoint sites intranet sites and project planning sites.
- Support special compensation projects as required.
What Youll Bring:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program at a recognized post-secondary institution in Business Human Resources Finance or other related business or technology field minimum 2nd year student with a graduation date of August 2026 or later.
