Solutions Center Lead
Location: Milwaukee WI
Job type: Full Time
Schedule: 6:00am start time Monday-Friday
Hourly pay: $25.50/hr - $28.50/hr
**Compensation for this position includes hourly pay short-term incentive bonus and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Build work orders and provide assistance and trainig to other associate to ensure all orders are built in the required timeframe and meet the required quality standards.
- Direct and perform a variety of warehousing duties including cycle counting and discrepancy analysis and resolution.
- Ensure that all customer orders and branch transfers are filled accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
- Create and maintain job folders including pictures drawings and instructions for all jobs.
- Analyze and identify root cause of errors and inventory discrepancies.
Minimum work experience requirements:
- Minimum two years working in an environment of operations distribution logistics warehousing and/or electrical assembly.
- Electrical and/or mechanical background.
- Experience cycle counting inventory reconciliation and automated systems.
- Knowledge of VEs system processes and products is preferred.
