Role Definition
Maintains agreed-upon inventory levels to provide a flow of raw materials and components from the supply chain to the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
Ensuring that the environment of the inventory stock room is in line with requirements for each product.
Managing staffing development and performance management of materials management workers. Ensuring proper labor relations.
Defining and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Performing inventory analysis and making recommendations for stock levels.
Coordinating maintenance and support of inventory management software.

Skill Descriptors
This role should collaborate with facilities and internal function teams on continuously improving end to end supply chain performance. Project management team leader ERP (SAP) system user program development AI application and related competency are admired.
Fluent oral and written English skills expertise in Supply Chain management are mandatory.

Follows processes to take stock release inventory or return into processing; resolves discrepancies.
Tracks inventory information for a specific product group or location.
Works with basic tasks of inventory management for a specific location.
Produces basic inventory management reports for senior staff to reconcile the inventory balances.
Performs the receiving ticketing checking in and distributing of inventory items for a specific location.
Logistics Management: Knowledge of logistics and management; ability to follow proper processes and run operations for effective and efficient movement of materials and finished products.
Level Working Knowledge:
Assists in the development of process flows to track lead time by activity.
Uses tools with guidance to forecast delivery times determine costs and assess performance.
Maintains records of all shipments and invoices using an established system.
Participates in integrating logistics processes and developing effective networks.
Works with logistics in a domestic environment.
Performance Management: Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organizations performance management system practices and tools to developing and improving individual team and organizational performance.
