Job Summary
The Role
Capco is looking for a confirmed Business Analyst to join our Business Consulting practice. This role offers the opportunity to deliver real change for clients across Capital Markets Retail Banking Payments Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management. You will bring strong business analysis skills combined with domain expertise to help solve complex challenges and enable lasting transformation. Working in a consulting environment you will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to define and deliver pragmatic results-driven outcomes.
What Youll Do
- Lead business analysis workstreams driving requirements definition gap analysis and solution design
- Translate deep industry knowledge into actionable insights across key financial services domains
- Shape and deliver business change system implementation and regulatory programmes
- Facilitate workshops elicit and document requirements and support agile or waterfall delivery
- Present structured findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
What Were Looking For
- Strong business analysis experience with proven change delivery across financial services
- Deep knowledge in one or more domains: Capital Markets Retail Banking Payments Insurance or Wealth & Asset Management
- Experience collaborating with delivery teams to translate business needs into functional designs
- Demonstrated consulting soft skills: adaptability stakeholder management structured thinking and excellent communication
- Understanding of SDLC is a plus
- Understanding Agile/Waterfall methodologies with experience using tools like Jira
- Good knowledge of French or Dutch and English
