- Provide comprehensive RN coverage for a medicalsurgical telemetry unit including continuous cardiac monitoring rapid assessment of evolving conditions administration of medications IV therapies wound care and patient education.
- Lead and participate in interdisciplinary rounds discharge planning and coordination with case management to optimize transitions of care for patients with complex needs.
- Interpret telemetry data respond to alarms and escalate concerns with clinical confidence to physicians and the care team ensuring patient safety and timely interventions.
