Job Description Summary
Join our HR team in organizational development as a pivotal supporter of culture employee engagement and building & implementing organizational capability initiatives.
As the Culture & Capabilities Intern you will assist in building executing and promoting programs and projects that foster a positive workplace environment help drive our company values and support capability programs to continuously upskill our team. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone passionate about working on DEI&B and an Inclusive culture where ALL can belong and who wants to improve the employee experience. The ideal candidate will be strong in communication project management and demonstrate the ability to adapt to a changing environment and navigate ambiguity.

Working Conditions
This is a remote based role that will collaborate via email and Teams with a 10-person team remotely based across the country. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours up to 30 hours a week. There will be meeting expectations in person a few times a year. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects deadlines and other concerns. Occasional business travel may be required.
