To strengthen our Dermatology team we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) for Dermatology with an enthusiastic and talented personality for Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative (m/f/d) you will be responsible for building developing and maintaining customer relationships focusing on discussing our innovative therapies with office-based specialists and clinics in your territory.

Who youll work with

Together with your multi-member sales team you will establish strong customer contacts through in-person visits as well as digital channels. For comprehensive scientific consultation with your customers you will coordinate closely with the medical field team.

What youll do

  • Building and expanding long-term customer relationships in dermatology (hospital physicians office-based specialists dermatology assistants medical assistants pharmacists)
  • Achieving sales and revenue targets and driving growth of the product portfolio in the territory
  • Regular maintenance and adherence to the communication plan
  • Active use of all available channels and materials to create an individualized multi-channel customer journey for customers in the territory
  • Active application of agile working methods
  • Active use of all available analytical tools including Digital Assistant Advanced Analytics Omnichannel Customer Journey Persona Segmentation

Interested For this position we are looking for the following qualifications experience and skills:

  • Completed training as a pharmaceutical representative and/or a degree in a scientific field
  • Proven dermatology network
  • Several years of experience in specialty and hospital sales; experience with biologics is an advantage
  • Excellent ability to convey highly complex medical information
  • A high degree of self-responsibility integrity and discretion
  • A permanent residence in the advertised area
