About the role


We are seeking Cleaning Supervisors to join our Cleaning Services delivery team and oversee the delivery of safe consistent and high-quality cleaning and hygiene services across our Hunter Valley and Central Coast sites.

This role combines operational oversight with active on-site involvement. You will lead by example support frontline teams and ensure services are delivered in line with government standards compliance requirements and agreed service outcomes. Your presence in day-to-day operations will be key to maintaining service quality continuity and effective team coordination.

You will lead a committed team to ensure all services are delivered efficiently and to the highest professional standard.

About you

As our ideal candidate you will have:

  • Empowering leadership to guide support and develop cleaning teams through effective supervision and training.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and a focus on quality control to ensure high service standards.
  • Experience in monitoring compliance and conducting essential site audits within facilities or cleaning services.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment and excellent communication for stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Departments Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Departments Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Essential requirements of the role

  • Current and valid Working with Children Check Clearance for paid employment.
  • Current and valid Drivers licence
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work across a range of sites within the region
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays with the flexibility to work morning afternoon and night shifts as required as well as participate in on-call and/or after-hours duties as required
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
