Strong Agile delivery experience (Jira Confluence mastery)
Excellent communication leadership & problemsolving skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum
A proactive strategic mindset and passion for continuous improvement
Bonus: German language skills Java/Cloud developer background

What Youll Do

As our SubProduct Owner (Expert) you will drive a globally critical product used across vehicle testing environments from planning to execution to insights delivery.
Youll:

Own and steer a highimpact subproduct endtoend
Lead and inspire large Agile teams
Engage and influence global stakeholders
Manage and prioritise the product backlog with excellence
Resolve escalations and maintain production stability
Mentor team members and strengthen team culture
Bring product vision structure and clarity into complex spaces
