Key Responsibilities:
- General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning repairs and setup of facilities for events.
- Room Setup and Teardown: Prepare rooms for meetings and events including arranging furniture and equipment as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness in all areas icommon areas and workspaces. This includes checking supplies and disposing of waste.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for staff and customers to ensure that facility needs are met and to address any issues that arise.
- Physical Tasks: Lift and move equipment and furniture often requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 3-5 years Facilities services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.
- 1-3 years experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word Excel etc.).
- Excellent customer service skills; must possess a can do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
