Job Description:
Senior Program Scheduler will manage complex projects or processes. Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes practices and procedures. Makes improvements to systems and processes. Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.
Essential Functions:
- Performs schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects.
- Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance engineering material manufacturing and quality.
- Tracks plans and schedules performs risk analysis identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
- Utilizes Gantt PERT milestone charts earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
- Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
- May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Requires strong knowledge of job area.
- Typically viewed as having a specialty within discipline.
- May have broad knowledge of project management.
- Strong communication skills (written verbal presentation).
- Competent computer skills related to Microsoft office Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- EVMS experience
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in California
Massachusetts New Jersey Washington and the Greater D.C Denver or NYC areas is$71500 -
$132500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New
York state Cleveland Ohio and Vermont is $62000 - $115000. This is not a guarantee of
compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to
experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits including health and

paid time off and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee
