Key Responsibilities

• Ensure product entering operations or inventory meets all design requirements by confirming dimensional characteristics visual / cosmetic attributes functional operation and supporting documentation review.
• Working level understanding of Metrology concepts including Blueprint layout & GD&T.
• Conduct basic manual (surface plate and visual) inspection of parts and packaging.
• Compare measurement outputs against design requirements and determines pass/fail.
• Maintains inspection tooling and equipment to ensure results reliability and repeatability.
• Conduct basic CMM part setup and probe calibration.
• Operate CMM equipment by loading and utilizing existing programs.
• Basic (supervised) CMM programming.
