About this position:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage maintain and support our on-premises and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies virtualization platforms endpoint security solutions and IT automation. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills attention to detail and the ability to handle day-to-day operations efficiently.

Impact you will realize: Job Responsibilities

Manage and administer Active Directory DNS and DHCP services ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Deploy configure and maintain Azure infrastructure services including virtual machines storage networking and related cloud components.
Manage and troubleshoot VMware virtualization environments.
Implement monitor and maintain antivirus tools such as Symantec and Bitdefender ensuring endpoint security compliance.
Handle ticketing and IT service requests using tools like ManageEngine and ServiceNow.
Administer and support Microsoft Intune for device management compliance policies and application deployment.
Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell or similar) to streamline daily operational tasks.
Manage backup and recovery operations using Veeam including scheduling monitoring and performing restores.
Monitor critical applications and services and share daily status reports with relevant teams.
Participate in incident resolution root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience with Active Directory DNS DHCP.
Practical knowledge of Azure infrastructure services.
Experience working with VMware environments.
Familiarity with endpoint protection solutions like Symantec and Bitdefender.
Working knowledge of ITSM ticketing platforms such as ManageEngine or ServiceNow.
Experience with Microsoft Intune for MDM/MAM activities.
Basic to intermediate scripting skills (PowerShell preferred).
Experience managing Veeam Backup & Replication.
Strong troubleshooting analytical and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Azure VMware ITIL Veeam).
Experience in IT operations in a mid-size or enterprise environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
