Being the first bank in Lithuania to receive a specialized banking license in 2019 we focused on business loans and payment services since.

As Mano bank rapidly expands we are looking foran Head of Key Accountsto join our team who will own and grow relationships with Mano bank s B2B clients mainly around opening bank accounts payments and currency exchange.

YOU WILL:

  • Lead and develop the Key Accounts team to achieve sales targets and commercial KPIs;

  • Own and manage the key accounts sales pipeline SLA and conversion performance;

  • Actively engage with strategic and international clients: acquisition retention cross-sell and up-sell;

  • Ensure high-quality client service across branch and digital channels;

  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored commercial and banking solutions;

  • Improve client experience (CX) and client satisfaction metrics;

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution;

  • Prepare sales and performance reports for senior management.

WE EXPECT:

  • A degree in relevant field (business administration marketing economics or similar);

  • Minimum 3 years of Account management or similar experience in a financial institution or a bank;

  • Proven people management experience (financial services experience is an advantage);

  • Fluent English (working with international clients);

  • Strong commercial mindset negotiation and relationship management skills;

  • Results-driven analytical and data-oriented approach;

  • Passion to work with advanced international companies plus sense of understanding of online business industry payment and transaction trends;

  • Inter-personal and inter-cultural communication problem solving and client-facing skills;

  • Experience in business client onboarding or KYC within fintech industry would be an advantage.
