Your Responsibilities:

As part of our technical operations team you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction:

• Operational Excellence: Manage daily support operations including ticket queue handling SLA monitoring and phone support ensuring timely and effective responses.

• Advanced Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support for complex issues related to Solar and BESS solutions both remotely and on-site when required.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient issue resolution and seamless customer support.

• Capability Development: Strengthen the technical capabilities of internal teams and partners through structured training sessions webinars and on-site technical workshops.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare work reports technical summaries and case documentation to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
  

What Were Looking For:

To succeed in this role you bring both technical expertise and strong leadership skills:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Renewable Energy Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Solid knowledge of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in solar BESS electrical engineering or related technical domains

• Proven experience in team coordination or team management

• Strong engineering mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Open-minded adaptable and comfortable working in a multicultural environment

• Strong customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills

• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
