We are now looking for an Employer Branding Tech Recruitment & HR Specialist to join Multiply as an internal employee and take a central role in how we attract hire and support technical talent.


The Role

In this role you will own and drive tech recruitment employer branding and selected HR responsibilities while also managing career-related content in our website CMS.

Employer branding at Multiply is closely connected to how we work in practice. This means that VisFlow is a natural part of how we present ourselves as an employer in job ads career content recruitment communication and candidate dialogues. You will help ensure that our employer brand clearly reflects our way of working our culture and the role VisFlow plays in both consultant and internal work.

The role combines strategy and hands-on execution and you will work closely with management tech consultants and marketing.


Key Responsibilities

Tech Recruitment

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment of technical roles (developers engineers IT consultants)

  • Work with managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies

  • Actively source candidates and manage interviews selection and offers

  • Ensure a professional transparent and engaging candidate experience

Employer Branding (including VisFlow)

  • Develop and execute Multiplys employer branding strategy

  • Integrate VisFlow into employer branding and recruitment communication as a key part of how we work and create value

  • Create content that explains Multiplys culture ways of working and technical environment

  • Ensure consistent employer branding across job ads career pages social channels and recruitment campaigns

Website & CMS

  • Own and maintain career and employer branding content in Multiplys website CMS

  • Ensure that employer branding content including VisFlow-related messaging is accurate relevant and up to date

  • Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to continuously improve career pages and candidate experience

HR Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees and consultants

  • Contribute to HR policies processes and internal communication

  • Support managers and employees in HR-related matters

  • Participate in HR-related projects and process improvements


Who You Are

We believe you have:

  • Experience in tech recruitment

  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing

  • Understanding of HR processes and people operations

  • Experience working with website CMS and digital content

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging

  • A structured proactive and hands-on way of working


Nice to Have

  • Experience from a tech consultancy or IT-driven organization

  • Experience working with HR or recruitment systems

  • Interest in product-driven storytelling and data-informed employer branding

  • Experience working in a growing or scaling company
