Pitaya is a European lifestyle and activewear brand based in Barcelona creating thoughtfully designed pieces for women who value comfort aesthetics and conscious production.
While we operate internationally Germany is currently our strongest and most strategic market which is why we are now focusing on expanding our B2B presence there starting from Berlin.
We are looking for a B2B Business Development Manager to help us grow wholesale and partnerships in Germany building long-term relationships with retailers studios and strategic partners aligned with our brand values.
Tasks
- Identify contact and onboard new B2**B clients (**retailers studios concept stores partners).
- Develop and manage the wholesale and partnerships pipeline from first contact to deal closing.
- Build long-term relationships with key B2B accounts.
- Represent Pitayas brand values and product offering in all B2B interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team to align sales strategy and positioning.
- Track leads conversations and deals using CRM or internal tools.
- Provide feedback from the market to improve pricing product offering and B2B strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales business development or partnerships (fashion lifestyle or consumer brands is a strong plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-starter mindset: comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results.
Understanding of wholesale or B2B sales cycles.
Fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
Based in Berlin or willing to work closely with the local market.
Comfortable working in a growing dynamic company where structure is still being built.
