Summary
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the execution and deployment of our robotic systems. You are the central point of command between our internal engineering team our clients and our network of external subcontractors. Your mission is to take a signed contract and turn it into a high-performing robotic cell on the factory floor managing every external partner required to get there.

Tasks
About the Role
In this role you arent necessarily the one tightening the bolts or writing the PLC codeyou are the one managing the people who do. You will act as the General Contractor for our robotic installations.
You will translate our product requirements into work packages for subcontractors negotiate with suppliers for auxiliary equipment (safety fences conveyors specialized tooling) and oversee the digital integration with the clients ERP/MES systems. You understand the pain points of industrial automation and can foresee the difficulties of integrating new tech into legacy production facilities.
What Youll Be Working On
- Subcontractor Management: Selecting briefing and supervising external system integrators mechanical installers and electrical contractors.
- Supplier Coordination: Managing the procurement and delivery timelines for industrial robots safety hardware and peripheral cell components**.**
- Site Readiness & Layouts: Reviewing customer factory layouts and ensuring the site is prepared (power data foundation) by the client or their contractors.
- System Integration Oversight: Coordinating the digital handshake where external IT providers or MES vendors connect their software to the MESH platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Own the project timeline and budget from Sales Handover to Final Customer Acceptance.
- Partner Ecosystem: Identify and qualify new subcontractors and suppliers to help MESH scale its deployment capacity.
- Technical Interface: Define clear technical interfaces and requirements for subcontractors to ensure their work integrates perfectly with MESHs core technology.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks in the deployment (e.g. long lead times for components IT security hurdles at the client site) and proactively solve them.
- Quality Control: Conduct final walk-throughs and safety audits to ensure subcontractors have met MESHs standards and CE conformity requirements.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: 3 years in Technical Project Management or Operations within industrial automation or plant construction.
- Expertise in Outsourcing: Proven experience in managing external service providers and technical subcontractors.
- Automation Fluency: Deep understanding of industrial robot cells safety regulations and the challenges of brownfield (existing) factory integration.
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with the data flow between ERP/MES systems and the factory floor; you know how to talk to a clients IT department.
- Industry Plus: Experience in the construction or rebar industry is a significant advantage particularly understanding the rugged nature of these production environments.
- Languages: Fluent in English proficiency in German (nice to have)
