Cricket Coach

Skill Stork International School is seeking an experienced Cricket Coach to train and mentor students across age groups focusing on skill development fitness discipline and sportsmanship.

The coach will be responsible for developing structured coaching plans preparing school teams for inter-school tournaments and nurturing talent in alignment with school values and child-safeguarding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular cricket coaching sessions for students
  

• Train students in batting bowling fielding and match strategies
  

• Design age-appropriate fitness and conditioning programs
  

• Identify and nurture talented players
  

• Prepare school teams for matches and tournaments
  

• Ensure student safety discipline and wellbeing
  

• Maintain attendance progress records and performance reports
  

• Coordinate with Sports Department and school leadership
  

• Uphold school policies and child safeguarding norms
  

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• . / . / Diploma in Sports or Cricket Coaching
  

• BCCI / State Cricket Association Certification (Preferred)
  

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of cricket coaching experience
  

• Prior experience coaching school or academy-level teams
  

• Strong technical knowledge of cricket fundamentals
  

• Ability to work with children and adolescents
  

• Knowledge of fitness injury prevention and first aid
  

• Strong discipline communication and mentoring skills
