Position Overview
We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead and deliver smart manufacturing solutions for pharmaceutical clients in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to work in a rapidly growing domain utilizing automation and manufacturing IT technologies and to grow within a global organization.
Must Requirements
- 812 years of experience in implementing MOM applications such as MES QMS and LIMS
- Strong understanding of business processes in industries such as Pharma Manufacturing Automotive CPG Chemical Process HiTech Manufacturing or Medical Devices
- Experience translating business requirements into functional or technical solutions by mapping business processes to IT capabilities
- Experience in functional design and design specification documentation for implementation
- 812 years of experience implementing MOM applications such as MES QMS and LIMS (COTS products such as Apriso Simatic IT GE Proficy SAP ME/MII Rockwell or in-house developed solutions)
- Understanding of business processes in the Pharma industry (preferably) Automotive Consumer Goods Chemical Process HiTech Manufacturing or Medical Devices
- Experience mapping business requirements to IT capabilities and translating them into functional or technical solutions
- Experience writing functional design and design specification documentation for implementation
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of ISA95 / ISA88 MESA standards
- Good understanding of Production Quality Inventory and Maintenance capabilities
- Understanding of control systems automation and experience integrating with MES solutions (e.g. Siemens Rockwell Mitsubishi Yokogawa Omron)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in creating test scripts for SIT/UAT and performing functional validation
- Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum development
- Knowledge of ISA95 / ISA88 MESA standards
- Knowledge of Production Quality Inventory and Maintenance
- Knowledge and experience in control systems automation and MES integration (e.g. Siemens Rockwell Mitsubishi Yokogawa Omron)
