We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) -must be (MO) licensed to join our clinical team in Missouri. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care while maintaining strict adherence to Missouri state regulations and facility safety standards.
Shift Flexibility:
Able to work flexible shifts depending on availability (morning afternoon or night).
Key Qualifications & Compliance Requirements
To ensure the safety of our patients and remain in compliance with Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) regulations all applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Current MO RN License: Must possess an active unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Missouri.
- Note: License status will be verified via the Missouri Division of Professional Registration/Nursys online portal.
- Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR): Must be registered with the Missouri FCSR. If not already registered the applicant must apply within 15 days of hire.
- Employee Disqualification List (EDL): Applicants must not be listed on the Missouri EDL.
- Ongoing Compliance: We conduct mandatory EDL screenings every 90 days for all active employees.
- Background Checks: Completion of a Missouri state background check is required. A National Background Check may be required based on specific facility contracts.
- Tuberculosis (TB) Screening: Documentation of an annual TB test is mandatory. Valid forms include:
- Mantoux PPD (Skin Test)
- IGRA (Blood Test/QuantiFERON-Gold)
- Chest X-ray (Required for individuals with a history of positive PPD/IGRA results).
