The Product Admin will be responsible for providing Product support data entry scheduling and general admin responsibilities. This is an in-office position
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Data Input & Management
Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
Generate reports and maintain records as needed.
Schedule Input & Coordination
Assist with entering and updating schedules in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure schedule accuracy and timeliness.
Help manage calendar and scheduling conflicts.
Product Knowledge Support
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products and services.
Provide product information and support to internal teams and external partners.
Assist with product-related documentation and updates.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
Identify and resolve issues related to data scheduling and system processes.
Work with team members and other departments to address problems quickly and effectively.
Escalate complex issues to management as needed and follow through to resolution.
General Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance to the team as needed (e.g. filing correspondence).
Support process improvements and help implement new administrative procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
Experience with data entry and database management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
Previous administrative or office support experience.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
