Outside Sales Representative Needed Traits:

• Roofing experience or in-home sales preferred
• Track record of exceeding sales goals to drive revenue by creating leads through mostly self-generated methods
• This is a hunter-based position that includes the willingness to canvass neighborhoods knocking doors
• Ability to climb on roofs to perform a video roof inspection
• The candidate must have passion energy and a positive and relentless attitude
• The candidate will also possess strong listening follow-up and closing skills
• Detail-oriented focused and a team player
• Most importantly you MUST have strong ethics high integrity and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first

Requirements of an Outside Sales Representative:

• Sales quota experience on resume
• We offer a flexible schedule. However availability to work throughout the day including evenings and some Saturdays
• Proficient in working with computer software
• Smartphone laptop and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
