About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Salesforce Consulting Leader to join our clients Business Application Consulting this role you will lead Salesforce consulting engagements drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives and help clients optimize operational efficiency through Salesforce and AI-enabled solutions. You will set the direction for delivery teams act as a trusted advisor to clients and foster a high-performing inclusive environment while upholding the companys standards of quality integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce consulting engagements from strategy and design through implementation and adoption.
- Manage and oversee offshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality timely and efficient delivery.
- Drive the delivery of large-scale Salesforce and business transformation programs.
- Advise clients on Salesforce platform capabilities best practices and innovative solutions.
- Lead and drive the adoption of AI identifying relevant use cases and embedding AI into delivery.
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients stakeholders and team members.
- Mentor coach and develop team members while promoting a healthy and inclusive working environment.
- Drive change management and user adoption of new functionality and processes.
- Identify market opportunities and support business development and thought leadership initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with professional technical and ethical standards including the companys code of conduct.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Solid experience delivering Salesforce solutions and transformation programs.
- Experience managing offshore teams and complex stakeholder or people situations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms architecture and deployment best practices.
- Experience driving change management and user adoption of new functionality or processes.
- Understanding of AI capabilities and relevant business use cases.
- Salesforce certifications (preferred but not required).
- Commercial management experience including contracting pricing and estimating consulting engagements.
- Ability to support code reviews and provide guidance on Salesforce and integration solutioning.
- Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
- Can start immediately if possible.
