*MIAA Coaches Education Certification
*Completion of ArxED Training
*Sport Specific Training - NFHS approved courses
ABILITY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
A highly effective coach possesses the ability to lead motivate and mentor student-athletes while ensuring a safe structured and positive team environment. The coach demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of sport-specific rules strategies and techniques as well as familiarity with MIAA/GLTS regulations proper conditioning and training practices and emergency procedures including CPR and AED. Furthermore the coach exhibits proficiency in fostering teamwork managing conflicts coordinating schedules and cultivating positive relationships with students/players parents/caregivers and colleagues.
