Job Summary
The Remote Chat Representative provides customer support through online chat. The role focuses on fast accurate and professional responses.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer questions via live chat.
Provide product/service information and basic troubleshooting.
Update customer records and follow support guidelines.
Manage multiple chats at once.
Escalate issues when needed.
Qualifications:
Strong typing and written communication skills.
Comfortable using chat software and basic computer tools.
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
Customer service experience preferred.
