We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Development Expert to support and lead strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions partnerships divestitures and long-term growth strategies. The successful candidate will provide financial strategic and operational analysis to support executive decision-making while working collaboratively in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify evaluate and execute mergers acquisitions joint ventures and strategic partnerships
Conduct financial modeling valuation analyses and due diligence activities
Develop business cases investment memoranda and executive-level presentations
Collaborate with legal finance operations and external advisors throughout transaction lifecycles
Support post-merger integration planning and execution
Analyze market trends competitive landscapes and growth opportunities
Advise executive leadership on strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions
Support corporate strategy development and long-range planning efforts
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 812 years of experience in corporate development investment banking private equity or strategy consulting
Strong expertise in financial modeling valuation methodologies and transaction execution
Proven experience leading or supporting M&A transactions
Excellent analytical communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other relevant advanced degree
Experience in technology healthcare energy or industrial sectors
Prior leadership or team mentoring experience
Familiarity with post-merger integration frameworks
Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: $150000 $210000 USD commensurate with experience qualifications and geographic location
