We are seeking a Flexible Remote Travel Assistant to support clients as they plan organize and enjoy their travel this work-from-home role you will assist with travel-related requests provide clear guidance and help ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients remotely via email phone and messaging platforms
Support travel inquiries itinerary updates cancellations and special requests
Provide accurate information on destinations travel requirements and internal processes
Monitor upcoming trips and follow up with clients when needed
Respond to questions or concerns professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Background in customer service hospitality travel or support roles (preferred but not required)
Well-organized dependable and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a flexible remote environment
