Were looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join an international team in Lisbon.
Your role

Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns to improve performance and ROI

Work on keyword research bidding strategies and budget optimization
-
Analyze campaign results and translate data into clear actionable insights
-
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
-
Continuously improve campaign quality and effectiveness
What were looking for
Mandatory
-
German C1/C2 (spoken & written)
-
Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience (mandatory)
-
Background in Digital Marketing / PPC / Performance Marketing
-
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
-
Comfortable working with Excel
Nice to have

Agency background
-
Experience with SMB or e-commerce campaigns

Knowledge of Meta or other paid media platforms
