This role is ideal for someone with basic technical knowledge strong customer service skills and an interest in working hands-on with computers devices and IT systems. Training and guidance will be provided.Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day desktop and end-user technical support.
- Set up configure deploy and maintain IT equipment including desktops laptops printers mobile devices and software.
- Troubleshoot common hardware software and peripheral issues using standard procedures.
- Support audio-visual setup basic videoconferencing and IT inventory tracking.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in accordance with departmental standards.
- Collaborate with team members on projects meetings and assigned tasks.
- Travel to remote sites as needed to support users and deploy equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing bending squatting pushing and crawling in various weather conditions.
Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in basic computer hardware installation maintenance or technical support OR Entry-level IT certifications (such as CompTIA A or Network) OR At least 1 year of customer service or technical support experience using Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 or newer.
