Q4 NAMORC-Industry Principal Oracle SCM Onsemi Scottsdale AZ

Infosys is seeking an Oracle ERP Industry Principal with SCM background. The position will primarily be responsible for Oracle ERP SCM Program Management/Delivery. The selected candidate should also be able to provide best practice guidance on SCM process and implementation approaches. The candidate should possess extensive experience on Program Management as well as sound knowledge in business processes across SCM domain.

Required Qualifications:

• Location for this position is Scottsdale AZ.This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.

• At least 13 years of experience in working in IT

• 12 years on Oracle ERP

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Preferably executed at least 2 SCM Cloud projects end to end as a Solution Lead on the engagement especially in at least 2 areas from Order Management Cloud Inventory Cloud Procurement Cloud Planning Cloud Manufacturing Cloud.

• Excellent communication skills and client interfacing capabilities. Should be performing a client facing role for at least 10 years (consulting role)

• Comfortable in driving client workshops session solution discussions

• Ability to drive the solution in at least 3 areas from Order Management Cloud Inventory Cloud Mfg Cloud Planning Cloud Procurement Cloud

• Ability to review solutions provided by the consultants

• Should be hands on and comfortable in configuration solution detailing and preparation and review of functional specs

• Should have good knowledge of Oracle Cloud Web Services

• Should have good idea about end to end Data Conversion Process in Cloud

• Industry experience in manufacturing/ hi-tech industries is preferable

• Ability to leverage implementation best practices experiences from past SCM Cloud projects and apply them

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have the end to end understanding of a companys processes and its impact in SCM process.

• Worked with fortune 500 organizations in delivering SCM transformation engagements with tangible outcomes.

• Good articulation andpresentation skills to a diverse audience and specifically to CXO level.

• Experience in hi-tech industry is a plus.
