Full-Time OR Part-Time Leadership Role Growth Opportunity

We are looking for Shift Leaders who take pride in their work lead with positivity and set the standard for exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership support store management and help drive a high-performing culture-driven restaurant.

What Youll Do

As a Shift Leader you are responsible for supporting the management team and leading the restaurant during your shifts. This includes:

  • Coaching and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer service

  • Producing food that meets Jersey Mikes high quality and consistency standards

  • Delivering the complete Jersey Mikes guest experience

  • Leading by example with professionalism urgency and integrity

  • Managing cash handling and key-holder responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the restaurant

  • Enforcing policies procedures and food safety standards

  • Maintaining a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others

  • Leading and managing a crew of team members

  • Participating in local and national marketing initiatives

  • Helping build sales through execution service and teamwork

  • Developing team members for future growth and advancement

  • Completing and following the Learning Management System (LMS) training program

  • Communicating effectively with the GM ASM and Other Managers

  • Operating with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Physical Requirements

  • Full-time AND Part-time options

  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs (reasonable accommodations available per ADA)

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Pay & Perks

  • $15.00$16.00 per hour tips

    (average tips add $3$5/hour)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer

  • ServSafe / Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Willingness to learn then coach!
