Victory Layne Chevrolet is hiring an Internet Sales Professional to manage online leads engage customers and drive appointments and sales. This role is designed for someone who takes full ownership of their business and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to internet and digital leads
Communicate with customers via phone text and email
Manage assigned internet leads from A to Z from first contact through appointment sale and post-sale follow-up
Set confirm and show quality appointments
Follow up consistently using CRM tools
Deliver a professional high-level customer experience
Qualifications:
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
Organized dependable and goal-oriented
Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
