Job Summary

Ironside Restoration is seeking an Online Help Desk Agent to join our team. As an Online Help Desk Agent you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers through online channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via online chat email and messaging platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step instructions to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist customers with account setup password resets and other account-related issues.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate information to customers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a technical support role.
  • Familiarity with help desk software and online communication tools.
  • Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
