Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and prior experience in pharmaceutical or MedTech regulated environments. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders product owners and technical teams to gather requirements Analyze business processes and translate them into clear functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather Analyze and document business and user requirements.
- Create user stories acceptance criteria and backlog items aligned with business priorities.
- Map business processes and develop process flow diagrams and functional design documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pharma quality management workflows and compliance needs.
- Ensure solutions meet GxP regulatory security and compliance standards.
- Support UAT system training and documentation.
- Work with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with technology and business teams.
Required Skills :
- Business Analysis Requirements Gathering Process Mapping.
- Pharma Quality Management Systems knowledge.
- Agile methodology JIRA Confluence.
- Understanding of SDLC CI/CD and testing processes.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Preferred: Experience in regulated pharma environments and compliance frameworks.
