Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Au Natural Organics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organic care products meet all quality safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate quality standards throughout production and operations.
- Review and maintain quality documentation SOPs and batch records.
- Conduct quality inspections audits and testing reviews.
- Ensure compliance with organic certification requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify quality issues investigate root causes and support corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production sourcing and operations teams to maintain quality standards.
- Track non-conformances complaints and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Assist with supplier qualification and material verification.
- Support internal and external audits and inspections.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in quality assurance preferably in organic food cosmetic or personal care industries.
- Strong knowledge of QA processes documentation and compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
