Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer phone calls schedule meetings and assist with basic inquiries.
  • Manage and update company databases with relevant information.
  • Prepare and maintain reports documents and correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and meetings.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Desired Experience:

1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
